Editorial guidelines

The site exists to help residents and visitors find accurate, respectful information about Stokesley and nearby parishes.

We aim to publish factual directory listings, good-faith event information, community-appropriate history and visitor copy, and clearly labelled commercial or sponsor content when that feature exists.

We reject or remove hate speech, harassment, knowingly false claims about individuals, overt political campaigning, spam, illegal activity, adult content, and anything that puts people at risk.

Editors may paraphrase public information; they should not copy long passages from other sites without permission. Images need clear licensing and attribution.
